Apt Hunting in the City: Location vs Quality?
A few weeks ago I asked my fellow NYCers whether in buying or renting you prioritize location you love or quality of apt (ammenities, doorman, outdoorspace, etc) as your main determining factor when choosing a new pad. Random Thoughts on this Lovely Tuesday.
There are some friends that you couldn’t see for 2.5 years and when you see them it is like no time has passed. Meggan is one of those friends. Our weekend was filled with laughter and love. She is a best friend for life.
The Little Mermaid is a great story. It will stand the test of time. Where is Disney and why don’t they do anything of that calibur anymore?
