Going to the OBGYN for your annual visit and seeing your ex (ex ex ex) boyfriend with his wife who is pregnant.
Then up the ante and make it double awkward when this particular ex is the one who basically cheated on stopped dating the woman who is now his wife for you.
And then the cake gets a full layer of icing when you realize that after you dumped him because he’s a moronic douche he...

Dean: So she's probably nuts then. In my experience the prettier the girl is the more nuts she is...(pause)... which makes you insane.
Dean: You're probably batty coo coo crazy. It's not your fault you know it's just like everybody treats you different you know…Like you make jokes but they're not funny but people laugh anyways that's gotta make you nuts.
