[Life: Eat] Babycakes.

Babycakes Bakery is featured on today’s GOOP. I think we all know that I’m not a vegan and I don’t eat gluten-free…but Babycakes’ gluten-free, vegan, and mostly sugar-free sweets are as good as sweets without all that lovely gluten can be.

I thought Babycakes was a relatively underground NYC bakery…but apparently they’re opening 20 locations starting with LA next year and they’ve won over Ms. Paltrow, so they must be a lot bigger than I thought.

I’d describe their cupcakes as better than Magnolia’s but not as good as Sugar Sweet Sunshine. I’m fully up for a Babycakes DIY recipe challenge though! They share some awesome recipes in today’s Goop that I am definitely going to try.
