I agree with Mike. As an ex-girlfriend and friend to many a musician, I know how frustrating labels can be. As a marketer I know that they way the labels are doing business is not viable in the current marketplace and that they have to change. And hopefully soon. I also blog songs (and all kinds of stuff) all the time that likely isn’t kosher, but all of this doesn’t change the fact that until the system changes, legal boundaries exist. Vimeo will (and should) settle.

Ps - I’m surprised Disney didn’t sue first over that one Lil’ Mermaid lip dub
