I have always wanted to be "a writer" but I'm lost somewhere in the prologue...whittling away at a story I may never tell.

Washer & Dryer, Outdoor Space, Dishwasher.

Living in NYC having these three things in one apt is a never-gonna-happen-unless-you’re-loaded-or-super-lucky jackpot. I’m looking for a new apt and can’t figure out which one I’d choose if I could only choose one. 

So- tell me internet, if you could only have one: Washer & Dryer, Outdoor Space or Dishwasher?
