A few weeks ago I asked my fellow NYCers whether in buying or renting you prioritize location you love or quality of apt (ammenities, doorman, outdoorspace, etc) as your main determining factor when choosing a new pad. IE, would you rather live in a hood you love or an apt you love if you can’t have both?
My friend Katie is now moving and asking the same question. I’d love all of your thoughts, stories, opinions, and/or if you have found both in an area you love?
